I bought my first house over 30 years ago. It was in California during the CA housing bubble which popped and I lost my shirt on that house. But I learned an immense amount about the real estate market from that experience and became a very savvy investor from that point forward. I enjoyed a 20 year career in the US Air Force as an Astronautical Engineer (Rocket Scientist) and Flight Test Engineer flying back-seat in F-16 aircraft. Throughout my career I bought several properties that have all been wonderful investments. I retired from Eglin AFB in 2011 after being a Squadron Commander & Deputy Group Commander and immediately had my first child, Bodie, who is absolutely the light of my life. Rather than stay in the defense industry, I decided to get my real estate license to be able to share my knowledge and experience in helping you with all of your real estate needs.
